Phase II of Boyle Renaissance urban renewal and revitalization (The Renaissance) entails 90 units of affordable housing geared towards a Metis seniors population (of which 30 units are adaptable suites), 11,000 sq. ft. of main floor commercial space complementing the residences above, and 60 stall underground parkade.

This mixed-use development integrates into the Boyle Renaissance Master Plan and future park space to the west while addressing the City of Edmonton bylaw identifying a main floor commercial interface along 95 street. Respecting its immediate context, the Melcor Housing Centre the south, the building design elements respect Metis’ colours and the sympathetic Metis sash.

The facility accommodates private rooftop terraces, garden roof and seventh floor spiritual room with views to infinity across the City’s river valley.
